About you, your business and what you want next. No numbers needed.

An honest valuation

If it makes sense for both of us, we sign an NDA and you send your accounts, so I can work out what the business is realistically worth.

Your options, in writing

We talk again and I lay out your routes to exit. After that call I email you my proposal to think over in your own time. Even if I'm not the right buyer, you keep the valuation and the advice.

Your privacy

  • Only Ilja reads your application.
  • You won't be added to any mailing list, newsletter or community.
  • We never contact your staff, customers or suppliers.

Does it cost anything?

No. The conversation, the valuation and the advice on your options are free, with no obligation.

Are you a buyer?

Yes, I buy and invest in businesses. If I'm not the right fit for yours, I'll say so and help you with the other routes open to you.

Who sees my details?

Only me. Nothing is shared, you won't be added to any mailing list, and you can ask for everything to be deleted at any time.

When do I share my accounts?

Only after our first conversation, and only once an NDA is in place.

What if you're not interested?

I'll still reply personally, so you're never left wondering.
